Part Number 0035.0441 The foot valve is made of brass and features a check valve and a stainless steel filter. A 1″ fitting with a 40 mm hose connector (included) is screwed into the 1″ internal thread and connected to the pump’s suction line. The foot valve is essential for use with all pumps to ensure the pipe remains full of water at all times.
All of our pumps are self-priming up to 5 meters; beyond that, you’ll need to install this foot valve to draw water up to 10–11 meters, after filling the pipe and the pump.
